Credorax Appoints Executive Chairman Igal Rotem as CEO

Benny Nachman Named Vice-Chairman of the Board and Executive Director

Igal Rotem has assumed the role of chief executive officer of Credorax as of January 2016. Benny Nachman, the former CEO and founder, has transitioned to vice-chairman of the board and executive director.

Benny has made this strategic organizational decision in order to ensure the continued exponential and successful global growth of the company. As such, he will specifically focus his efforts on expanding and solidifying regulatory and card scheme relationships worldwide, working closely with chairman of the board, Joshua R. Floum.

Igal Rotem joined Credorax in 2010, and has served as executive chairman for the past four years. He has deep expertise in global expansion, and was instrumental in establishing the company’s presence in Asia. Igal brings these skills to his new role, in which he will focus on opening new markets to enable true global cross-border e-commerce for Credorax partners and customers.

Igal is a seasoned serial high-tech entrepreneur and executive. Prior to joining Credorax, he co-founded and served as CEO and was a member of the board of directors at PowerDsine (NASDAQ: PDSN). At PowerDsine, Igal pioneered the company's Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology, taking it from start up to global leader in its field. Under his leadership, PowerDsine was acquired by Microsemi Corp (NASDAQ:MSCC) for over $1/4 billion. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Butterfly Communications, a leader in Bluetooth semiconductors, which was eventually acquired by Texas Instruments.
